General Questions

We offer tutoring in over 20 subjects, including Mathematics, Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) and English. We also offer various test preparation courses (11+, ISEB etc.) and interview support.

Our tutors are highly qualified professionals. Each tutor undergoes a rigorous selection process, including interviews, DBS checks, and proficiency assessments to ensure they have the expertise and experience required.

We provide tutoring services for all academic stages, from primary school through to university.

Our online tutoring sessions start from 1-hr long lessons, conducted via Teams/Zoom/Google Meet, using digital whiteboards to enhance the learning experience. Session duration can be adjusted to meet student needs.
During and After Sessions

Tutors submit feedback after each lesson, which includes a summary of the session, the student’s progress, and any resources or assignments given. This feedback is accessible to both students and parents through the Tutor Group chat.

If a tutor or student misses a session without prior notice, it will be recorded as a no-show.
For no-shows by tutors, they will be fined the equivalent of their hourly rate.
Students will be charged cost of lesson for no-shows.

You can track your child’s progress through the Tutor Group chat, which provides feedback from tutors, and overall academic performance monitoring. All our tutors provide feedback after every session.
You can also request a detailed report on completed lessons and progress.

Each group has a dedicated chat for communication and coordination. This includes, a Parent/Guardian, the student (with parent permission), all the tutors working with that student and a company supervisor.
The supervisor ensures lessons are running efficiently and that any issues are resolved quickly.

Please wait up to 15 minutes before canceling the lesson. In this situation, tutors will be compensated 50% of their hourly rate, and students will be fined according to the cancellation policy.
Scheduling and Payments

After signing up, a personalised Tutor Group is created with all the tutors you need so that you can communicate and schedule tutoring sessions. You can choose the subject, tutor, and preferred time slot that fits your schedule.

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel a session up to 4 hours before the scheduled time without any charge.
Cancellations made by students within 4 hours of the lesson will result in the full session fee being charged.
Cancellations made by tutors within 4 hours of the lesson will result in a fine equivalent to their hourly rate.

Parents pay for a comprehensive service package, which includes tutor matching, lesson scheduling, and continuous support. Payments are accepted though PayPal or Bank transfer.
Tutors receive guaranteed payments without needing to manage the process themselves.

Our pricing system varies based on the specific age group of the students. We offer a range of different pricing plans that include options such as pay-as-you-go and bundled lesson packages.

Yes, we offer a 45-minute trial lesson to ensure the tutor is a good match for the student’s needs. If you are satisfied with the trial, we will proceed to set up regular sessions. Student's will receive a free trial lesson for every subject!
